Pursuant to Article 20 of the Constitution of the Republic of Turkey and Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK Law”), individuals defined as data subjects (“hereinafter referred to as the “Applicant”) have the right to apply to K YAPI GAYRİMENKUL GELİŞTİRME İNŞAAT SANAYİ VE DIŞ TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ (“COMPANY”) in its capacity as the Data Controller, regarding the processing of their personal data and the rights listed in Article 11 of the KVKK Law.
As stated in the first paragraph of Article 13 of the KVKK Law:
"The data subject shall submit their requests regarding the application of this Law in writing or by other methods to be determined by the Board, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, published in the Official Gazette No. 30356 dated 10 March 2018." Accordingly, the data subject must submit their request to us.

Pursuant to Article 14 of the KVKK Law, if the application is rejected, the response is deemed insufficient, or a reply is not provided within the statutory period, the data subject may file a complaint with the Board within 30 days from learning of our response, and in any case, within 60 days from the date of application.
No complaint can be filed with the Board before applying to our company.
