It is a mixed-use building project to be built in the Ayrılık Çeşmesi location of the historical main artery of Kadıköy. It is a living project that includes residential and commercial areas where people can meet, get in touch with history and live in this beautiful environment in an area where historical buildings dating back to pre-Byzantine will be meticulously and delicately preserved and brought to light and exhibited in a museum in the future. The project is designed to have a total construction area of 40,000 m².
